S&P Law Firm is a team of over sixty individuals. Most of the lawyers are graduates from prestigious universities at home and abroad. Half of whom have doctorate, masters and double bachelors degrees or possess experience of above ten years in legal practices or related legal work.
The Firm are grouped into Finance, Securities, Corporate, Real Estates, Intellectual Property and General legal activities which are headed by partners and senior lawyers. By way of proper classification and effective coordination clients are given an ideal legal service. S&P’s attorneys specialize in virtually every important field. Since its foundation, for almost eight years the Firm has successfully acted as attorneys for over a thousand significant and complex civil and commercial litigations, arbitrations, and non-contentious cases, encompassing corporate restructure, corporate listings, securities offerings, real estates on behalf of government agencies, financial organizations, enterprises, social organizations and international corporations etc. Our clients are from all corners of China and abroad. We have had certain achievements that no other law firm can match. In 2001/2002 Bureau of Justice declared S&P Law Firm "Exempt of Inspection". In 2000 S&P Law Firm was awarded the honor of "Progressive and People Satisfying Organization" by Bureau of Justice. In 2000 founder Director advocate Shanggong Li was honored with the title of "Progressive and People Satisfying Civilian" by Bureau of Justice along with Human Resources Bureau. In 1999 founder Director advocate Shanggong Li was selected as the best among the “Ten Most Distinguished Lawyers” of Beijing . S&P’s headquarters is located in the heart of China ’s capital, very near to Tian An Men Square in a posh commercial complex and has an office area of over 1,000 square meters. Until now, S&P has set up legal cooperation with other law firms located in big cities of China and other countries including Japan , United States , United Kingdom , France and Russia . The working languages in the Firm are Chinese, English, French, Russian and Japanese. |
