The highest authority of S&P is the Partners’ Committee consisting of all partners. The Chief Partner becomes the Chairman of all meetings and presides over the meeting. All major issues are discussed and resolved in the Partners’ meeting.
The firm appoints one Director, who is responsible for general operation and daily administration and is the representative of the firm.
A Business Supervisor and An Administrative Supervisor is appointed by the firm from among the partners,each of whom is responsible for supervision, coordination and management of all business and administrative matters respectively. |
