The Authority of the Firm is the Partners’ Meeting that consists of all partners. The Chief Partner, also the Chairman of the Meeting, presides it, in which all major issues are discussed and resolved.
The Partner’s Meeting sets up a director, also the Legal Representative of the Firm, who is not only responsible for general operation and daily administration of the Firm and but represents the Firm to the public.
One business supervisor and one administration supervisor shall be appointed by the Firm among all partners, each of whom is responsible for supervision, coordination and management of all business and administrative affairs respectively. |
