Yan Yin

Ms. Yin joined S&P in March 2006. She is a senior partner currently practicing in the Beijing Office.
Ms. Yin has broad experience in the resolution of complex commercial disputes. She has represented various companies and commercial organizations to successfully resolve a large number of disputes. Ms. Yin has been in charge of or participated in many cases brought before the Supreme People's Court of China, and many important arbitrations conducted in arbitration commissions, such as BIAC, Beijing Arbitration Commission and CIETAC, The China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission. Ms. Yin is specialized in handling disputes in connection with corporate operation, real estate, project construction, etc. Ms. Yin has also dealt with many bankruptcy and compulsory liquidation cases.
Ms. Yin has extensive experience in dealing with corporate compliance matters as well. She was fully engaged in the criminal procedures for Joint ventures and Chinese State-owned enterprises, represented the companies in compliance investigations conducted by Judiciary and administrative agencies, provided feasible and efficient strategies for clients from different perspectives.
In recent years she has also devoted herself to legal affairs in the field of international education. She is a perennial counsel for Beijing World Youth Academy, a leading international school in China.

- Ms. Yin was admitted to the Chinese Bar in 1998. She is a member of the All China Lawyers Association.
- Ms. Yin is a member of Legislative Advisory Experts of the Beijing Municipal People's Congress Standing Committee. She was appointed as a Special Supervisor by the Beijing Local Taxation Bureau and Beijing Municipal People's Procuratorate.
- Ms. Yin is an outside master's graduate tutor of Peking University Law School.
